This is a plain-English summary of how Snippytime handles your data. It is not formal legal advice.
Your email address, the URLs you submit for screenshotting, job timestamps, and your IP address (used only for abuse and rate-limit prevention, never for tracking or marketing).
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used (pages visited, general location, device type). Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. We do not use this data to identify you personally, and we never share it with advertisers.
We never see or store your card details - payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
Screenshots are held in memory only long enough to email them to you, then discarded. We do not keep a permanent copy on our servers.
Each has its own privacy policy governing the data they process on our behalf.
We keep job records (URL, email, timestamps, status) for operational and support purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
